Before using this site, read all the terms and conditions carefully and accept it. We suggest you to also go thoroughly to those linked references provided with the Terms of Service which is also considered as the part of the ToU.
The trademarks, pieces of information, contents, services, and logos will be displayed on our dedicated online shopping portal Adamclick.ae according to the properties and terms of Adamclick, associated parties, and other sellers. Customers are restricted from using any of the above-mentioned pieces of information with other web pages contents on the World Wide Web without our acknowledgement to other parties or web sites. This site includes any software services with the protection of copyright for editing, copying, transferring, displaying, selling or buying the contents for a derivation of our work with public purposes.
While using the site, you can receive emails or send emails to or from Adamclick for communication in an easy way. You will receive communications from us for better and easy means of communication. Our company will call you or contact you by mails electronically with the best communication with you for any reasons or questions.
Adamclick website is developed as producing license under any laws or third party involvements right with proper implementation and implications.
Our services are restricted for those who are under the age of 18 and those who are terminated or removed from the system of Adamclick due to any reasons. Minors can shop online at Adamclick.ae with parents and under supervision of elders.
The below mentioned return policy points are applicable only at domestic orders.
At Adamclick, our main motive is customer satisfaction for which we endeavor to get as flexible as we can, in terms of discounts and prices of popular & branded products. The return policy is not valid for all the products; it may vary in accordance to its type. The variations are divided into categories as per the product nature and described henceforth. If the confusion sustains, please feel free to contact our customer care department.
Following products are returnable:
Every item which comes under the label of clothing, belts and footwear is returnable only if it has not been purchased from final sale and does not carry the tag of non- returnable product.
Here is the list of non- returnable:
Products, which can be categorized under the tag of Jewellery, Electronics, Personal care and grooming, Watches, Handbags, cosmetics, toys, wallets, Leather goods, Tie, Home Decor, Swimwear, underwear and lingerie, fragrances and Sunglasses. Moreover, the details about every product is mentioned on the product page to check whether the product can be exchanged or returned. The return applicability is mentioned on the checkout page along with the cart details.
Specifications for return of products:
- Your money for the returned items can be redeemed in the form of account credits at Adamclick for all Cash On Delivery orders.
- The items to be returned must not be used or worn and should have its packing, tags, shoe box, hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags intact.
- Items which have been purchased at the time of sale are not eligible for return
- Adamclick needs to be contacted within two days of the reception of the parcel for availing any kind of return benefits
- In case there is a size issue (only for clothes and footwear), the return shipping payment is to be made by the customer and the product is entitled to reach the warehouse within 14 days (Foreign Brands).
- For in- house brands the return shipping limit is 30 days.
- We take total responsibility for the cash return and reimbursement of return shipping if there has been a mistake from our side, may it be delivery of the wrong item or defective product.
- An invalid return of a product would be sent back. For further queries, please contact our customer support Monday to Saturday.
- A mail for the return of the product can also be sent at firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your mail delivery we sent an authorization mail back.
- After evaluation and approval from the Q & A department, credits would be issued to your Adamclick account.
- If, in case the returned product is not valid, then it would be sent back to you at your expense.
- The return process and all its ongoing details would be updated on your account page with each step of approval or disapproval the product gets.
How to cancel the order
- The cancellation of the order can be done within 24 hours of the placing of order via mail or just by going to your account page and cancelling the purchase made.
- A mail at email@example.com can also be sent for the cancellation of the order.
- The confirmation mail for the cancellation of your product order is sent within 24 hours
- The cancellation request would not be considered if the order has already been dispatched.
In case you want to exchange
- A product can easily be exchanged with a new one of the same type if it does not match your size.
- While returning the product, you would be asked to pay the entire amount first, for the new product.
- After, we receive the return, the original payment and the shipping price would be reimbursed to your Adamclick factory Outlet account.
- The exchange can be made within 30 days for in- house brands and 14 days for foreign branded products.

Account Credit details
- You can easily refund your money through your Adamclick account. The money would be transferred to your Adamclick account in the form of credits. You can always shop with these credits whenever you want from Adamclick.
- The credited amount can be used for as many purchases the amount limits you to
- In case the payment of your purchase exceeds your credit balance then you have to make the rest of payment via another mode
- The details about your account credits can be seen on the ‘My Account’ page under the tab of Account credits. This would display your current status of credits available in your account.
