As a reputed e-commerce marketplace for online shopping, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between buyers and sellers. We want you to love the products you purchased through us, but sometimes, uncertainties appear, which instantly leads to a sudden change of mind. Therefore, if you find something out of order in the product, you can let us know.
As a buyer, you reserve the right to return or exchange the product for different styles, colors or sizes or place an order for an entirely new product. But, if you want your money back, we will return the paid amount within the appropriate time period. In an unlikely event when you receive a product is a defective one or damaged condition, or if the product delivered to you is completely different from what you ordered - you may choose to return or exchange the product.
Make sure to not use the product in any way and should be returned in the same condition as delivered to you and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange of products you ordered can be done within 10 calendar days from the day you received the order from the seller or seller’s representative. You don’t even have to state any reason for making the exchange within the given time period. To ensure a smooth return procedure, the buyer is required to submit a copy of the purchase and fill in the request form to proceed with the exchange of products.
You also need to understand that there are specific items we do not return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
The buyer should provide detailed information on any detected defect to the seller in order to get the product returned within 10 calendar days. But, if the defect is found to be produced by any sort of mistreatment by the Buyer, the item shall not be returned or exchanged.
Buyers have the right to refuse any exchange offer and ask for a refund of the paid amount. Under these circumstances, the item should be returned to the seller in the same condition as received by the buyer along with all its original tags and packaging.
  • You can also exchange products in different styles, colors, or tastes as long as the exchange time is not expired.
  • Make sure to hold the invoice copy along with the unused product
  • In case of an exchange, if the amount of your newly selected product exceeds the amount of the originally purchased item, then you may have to pay the additional amount.
